Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and components. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or partially assembled kits

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

 


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
